Amodimethicone and Steartrimonium Chloride. SeraShine® EM 308 by KCC Beauty acts as a high quality conditioning agent. It is a cationic macro-emulsion of an amino functional silicone polymer, used in aqueous based conditioning products for damaged hair. In hair care products, amodimethicone gives improved substantivity and deposition of silicone. It is used in combination with dimethicone or dimethiconol emulsions for superior conditioning. It provides excellent wet combing, color protection and superior smoothness in blow-dried and straightened hair. It is compatible with cationic surfactants and can be easily diluted with water. It is MIT- & paraben-free and preserved with phenoxyethanol. SeraShine® EM 308 finds application in formulating shampoos, conditioners, styling-aids and hair treatment products.
