Iscaguard® OP

Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol. Iscaguard® OP distributed by Brenntag Specialties (EMEA) is a mild, versatile, effective preservative for personal care formulations that is highly efficient against yeasts, mold and fungi as well as bacteria. It is free of paraben, thiazolinone and formaldehyde. It has the added benefit of headspace protection from the inclusion of Phenoxyethanol. Iscaguard® OP is used in shampoo, shower gel (rinse-off), creams, lotions (leave-on), O/W emulsions, W/O emulsions, wet wipes, lip-, eye- and oral care formulations.
