Alkyl Polyglucoside (APG). APG-0814 by IRO Coating Additive acts as a surfactant. It exhibits low surface tension, good solubility, strong detergency, strong alkaline resistance and good thickening effect. It improves the mildness in the formulation. It is made from natural fatty alcohol and glucoside. This is non-toxic, non-irritating, degradable and compatible with skin. APG-0814 is recommended for use in cosmetics applications.
