Polyglyceryl-4 Cocoate. IMWITOR® PG4 Cocoate by IOI Oleo acts as a solubilizer and surfactant. It is 100% natural, based on vegetable raw material. It can be beneficially incorporated to improve skin feel, mildness, foam characteristics and to ease the formulation of hydrophobic ingredients like fragrances or oil components.
