Almond Oil (ICSC)

It acts an emollient, solvent & carrier. It is a biobased product obtained from the dried kernels of the almond tree, Prunus amygdalus or Communis by cold pressing and subsequent refining. It is also one of the most stable vegetable oils with a neutral taste and odor, has excellent cold weather stability, good occlusive properties, enabling it to act as a moisturizing agent by preventing excessive loss of moisture through the epidermis. Its applications include body butter, creams and lotions and massage products.
