It promotes antimicrobial peptides & keratinization-related proteins (involucrin, flaggrin) production and moisturizing effect. It nurtures beneficial bacteria and improves sensitive & troublesome skin condition. This rice-derived lactic acid bacteria powder increases ß-defensin 3 in normal human epidermal keratinocytes.
