Water, Phospholipids, Tocopheryl Acetate. Acts as an antioxidant, moisturizing and nourishing agent. It exhibits remarkable water retention power and possesses ability to build up efficient carrier systems for a large number of either hydro-soluble or lipo-soluble substances. Due to its phospholipidic composition, it is fully consistent with the sebum composition.
