Cyclodextrin. Acts as a moisturizing properties. It is a cyclic oligosaccharide resulting from enzymatic degradation of starch by the enzyme CGT (Cyclodextrin-glucose-transferase). When dissolved in water, it possesses a cutaneous lifting action & forms a transparent invisible skin film. This has a hydrating, lifting & protective action which is very useful in rapidly acting products & in products which need to be transparent.
