Asensa® SC 401

Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer. Acts as a thickening and gelling agent. It possesses inherent polarity that increases their compatibility with other polar oils and aids in dispersing various active ingredients. It provides a moderate degree of exfoliating and the beads tend to be more transparent than other polyethylene grades. It offers crystal structure modification and syneresis control of lipsticks, gels and oil based formulations, including fragrance oils. Modifies rheology in oil containing formulations such as balms and oils, pomades and styling products.
