CI 77266 (25%) (and) Aqua (38%) (and) Glycerin (30%). Cosmenyl® Black R by Heubach is a coloring pigment. It is based on anionic dispersing & wetting agent and glycerine. It is a readily pumpable & flowable aqueous dispersions and is recommended for the coloration of personal care & cosmetics products and bar soap. Cosmenyl® Black R complies with the requirements for cosmetic colorants defined by the European Union Regulation No. 1223/2009.
