Biochemica® Shea Butter HMP

Butyrospermum Parkii Butter. Biochemica® Shea Butter HMP by Hallstar is an anti-inflammatory-, hair conditioning-, skin hydration- & bodying agent, film former and thickener (nonaqueous). This biodegradable, natural, plant-derived/vegetal based & non-occlusive ingredient offers dermal moisture content balancing, feel modification/enhancement and healing promotion. It exhibits a higher-than-normal melting point. This is achieved via a proprietary fractionation process. It is ideal for applications where a high percentage of shea butter is used in a finished formulation, or simply when packaging shea butter in its pure form. In such formulations, use of this ingredient will prevent melting at ambient temperatures (i.e. shipping in hot summer months). Biochemica® Shea Butter HMP is suitable for after sun skin care, bar soaps, bath additives, cleansing wipes, deodorants, facial skin care, foot care, hair conditioners, hand & body care. Also, used in lip care, liquid hand soaps, massage products, shampoos, shaving products, shower gels/body washes and styling aids.
