HALLSTAR® NCD-20

Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth-20. HALLSTAR® NCD-20 by Hallstar is a bodying-, co-emulsifying-, emulsifying (O/W) and emulsion stabilizing agent. This high quality & readily emulsifiable product has broad pH stability and finds application as an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion base. It can be used in lotions, creams and pastes due to it is non-ionic, it can be used in systems far from neutral pH, such as hair relaxers, depilatories, creme lotion developers, and AHA skin care creams. HALLSTAR® NCD-20 is used in after-sun skin care, beach wear sun care, daily wear sun care, facial cleansers and facial color cosmetics. Also, used in facial skin care, foot care, hair conditioners, hand & body care, self-tanners and shaving products.
