MethylParaben. CoSept™ M by Hallstar is a non-hygroscopic, bacteriostatic and fungistatic agent at low concentration against a wide range of organisms. It is often used in conjunction with other additives (e.g., EDTA or its salts, quaternium-15, diazolidinyl urea, propylparaben) for synergistic effects. CoSept™ M is used in after-sun skin-, beach wear sun-, daily wear sun-, facial skin-, foot-, hand & body-, lip-, oral- and nail care products. Also, used in bath additives, cleansing wipes, eye area & facial color cosmetics, facial cleansers, hair colorants & conditioners, self-tanners, shaving products and styling aids.
