Isopropyl Palmitate. HALLSTAR® IPP by Hallstar is a pigment binder, diluent and solubilizing agent. It is recommended for mineral oil, silicones, lanolin as well as for fragrances in many personal care product applications. It is a light non-occlusive emollient with a soft, dry & non-oily feel. HALLSTAR® IPP is used in after-sun skin care, bath additives, cleansing wipes, eye area- & facial color cosmetics, facial cleansers & facial skin care. Also, used in foot care, hair conditioners, hand-, body-, lip- & nail care, self-tanners, shaving products and styling aids.
