Diisooctyl Sebacate. HALLGREEN® DCS by Hallstar is an emollient. It is a non-oily and plant derived/vegetal-based grade. This ingredient possesses modification/enhancement as well as gloss/shine enhancement. It delivers a persistent cushiony, velvety feel to skin. HALLGREEN® DCS is used in after-sun skin care, antiperspirants, bath additives, beach wear sun-, facial skin- & foot care, hair conditioners, hand & body care as well as styling aids.
