Isooctyl Lactoyl Tallate (and) Isooctyl Tallate. HALLGREEN® CLT by Hallstar is an emollient, pigment wetter, dispersant, resin plasticizer and sunscreen solvent. This plant derived/vegetable-based ingredient possesses modification/enhancement as well as gloss/shine enhancement. HALLGREEN® CLT is used in antiperspirants, lipsticks, liquid make-up, bath oils, beach wear sun- & daily wear sun care, deodorants, facial skin care, hair conditioners, hand & body care, shower gels/body washes as well as styling aids.
