Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone. TCN-8100 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a smoothing, film former and repairing agent. It is a compound of amino group connected on both ends of the long chain polydimethylsiloxane. It provides gloss, smoothness and softness to hair. It improves wet and dry combability. It forms protecting film on hair and repairs damaged hair. TCN- 8100 is used in hair care products.
