Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. TCE-3062 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a film former, thickener and stabilizer. It is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in dimethicone carrier. It provides moisturized, smooth and silky feel as well as matte-focus effect. It is compatible with sunscreens and pigment. TCE-3062 is used in sunscreen, make-up and skin care products.
