Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone Crosspolymer. TCE-3045C by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a thickener and stabilizer. It is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer (methicone crosspolymer) in cyclopentasiloxane carrier. It provides rolling and matte-focus sensory. It offers non-greasy feel and excellent oil control performance. It is compatible with varieties of lipophilic active ingredients such as fragrances, sunscreens, vitamins and vitamin derivatives. TCE-3045C is used in sunscreen, make-up, antiperspirants, deodorants and skin care products.
