PEG-12 Dimethicone. TC-206 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a water-soluble surfactant and emollient. Possesses good moisturizing, foam-stabilizing and conditioning capacity. Provides lubrication, silky feel and no irritation to skin. It can function with little dosage and shows good compatibility with other ingredients. TC-206 is recommended for use in 2-in-1 shampoo, hair styling product, soap, shaving product, skin lotion, make-up foundation and antiperspirant. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
