Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone. TC-1214 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) acts as a conditioning and lubricating agent. It is a mixture of high viscosity dimethicone and low viscosity dimethicone oil with excellent film forming and lubricating properties. It provides non-greasy, glossy, smooth and silky skin feeling. It improves manageability, dry and wet combing properties of the hair. TC-1214 is used in 2 in 1 shampoo, sunscreens, make up, lotion, cream, skin care and other hair care products.
