Starch Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. PQ-TCS 11 by Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology (Tinci) is a cationic starch conditioner. It is affinitive to the keratin of hair and shows no irritation. It can form a “free breathing” film on the hair. It generates good styling, protection, condition and lubricity. It can increase hair volume and provide fresh after feeling. PQ-TCS 11 is used in shampoo, hair conditioner and hair styling products.
