Isododecane (and) C24-28 Alkyldimethylsiloxy Trimethylsiloxysilicate. Granresin MQI-2450 by Grant Industries acts as a film former, rheology and texture modifier. It is a 50% active C24-28 alkyl-modified MQ (trimethylsiloxysilicate) resin in isododecane. It offers enhanced wear, flexibility and humidity resistance compared to standard MQ resin. It is designed for extended wear, non-transfer, and water-resistance applications. Granresin MQI-2450 can be formulated into oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions and anhydrous systems. It does not contains any preservative. Granresin MQI-2450 is used in skin care, color cosmetic and sun care formulations.
