Darkenyl™ by Givaudan Active Beauty is an anti-aging and hair repigmenting & beautifier active ingredient inspired from the stem cell research. It counteracts the hair whitening biological process, by combining two synergistic molecules - taxifolin glucoside, a stabilized antioxidant, acting as a stimulator of stem cells proliferation and maintenance and N-acetyl-tyrosine, a precursor in melanin synthesis pathway. It boosts proliferation of stem cells into the bulge and increases melanogenesis into melanocytes of the dermal papilla. It also reduces ROS damages on melanocytes by activating antioxidant defenses and stimulates the recovery of natural hair pigmentation. It is gender independent and can be used on any hair type or colour. It shows progressive and long-lasting results. It is suggested for use in anti-grey hair lotion, anti-white hair shampoo, natural repigmenting hair mask, anti-grey hair for beard and mustache, hair color recovery spray and gel for premature grey/white hair etc. It is China compliant, vegan suitable and halal certified.
