Cristalhyal® range

Sodium Hyaluronate. Cristalhyal® range by Givaudan Active Beauty acts as a moisturizer, film forming and anti-pollution agent. It is a high molecular weight hyaluronic acid powder (MW: 1-1,4 MDa) obtained by fermentation using renewable resources. It holds natural water due to its exceptional hygroscopic properties. It has film forming effect to prevent trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL). It is preservative-free grade. Cristalhyal® range is used in make-up, after-shave products, after- sun products, baby care products and men care products. It is COSMOS, Japan approved and China approved (CTFA List 2004).
