Rutin. Rutin DAB 9 acts as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-dandruff active. Rutin DAB 9 is a bioflavon which works effectively against oxygen radicals. It helps stabilize membranes. It is a greenish-yellow, crystalline powder practically insoluble in water, sparingly soluble in ethanol, soluble in methanol. Used in skin care and hair care products.
