PPG-15 Stearyl Ether. TEGOSOFT® E by Evonik is a solvent & carrier and a versatile emollient. This vegetable-based ingredient offers a non-occlusive skin feel. It is very high polar, viscous oil with medium spreading and excellent solvency properties for active ingredients. It can form difficult actives and is stable and resistant to extreme pH conditions. TEGOSOFT® E is used in formulating skin care, hair care & body cleansing products, depilatory products and decorative cosmetics.
