TEGO® Carbomer 841 SER

Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer. TEGO® Carbomer 841 SER by Evonik is a viscosity enhancer for surfactant systems. The high-density powder is well suited for mild, sulfate-/PEG-/amide-free or nonionic formulations, which are difficult to thicken. This ingredient exhibits synergistic thickening with electrolytes and provides stable viscosities over a wide pH-range. It shows a positive impact on the foaming properties and the skin feel of body washes during application. It is compatible with cations. TEGO® Carbomer 841 SER is used in mild baby shampoos, hair & body shampoos, facial cleansers, bath gels, liquid soaps and low concentrated surfactant systems.
