Polyester resin (75%). Polynex™ B-75 is a basic polymer which acts as an adhesion promoter and a basic polymer. It can replace, partially or totally, ketone/formaldehyde, toluenesulfonamide. It recommended for use in decorative cosmetics like nail lacquer.
