Cetyl ethylhexanoate. CEH by Estenity acts as a pigment dispersant. It is a low viscosity 2-ethylhexanoic acid ester oil, derived from petroleum fatty acid and plant-based alcohol. It provides light, refreshing and dry feeling. CEH finds application in formulating hair treatment products, conditioners, styling aids, cleansing lotions/milk/creams, foundation & bases, lipsticks and gloss.
