PEL-FIX™ 123-S

Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol and Quaternium-80. PEL-FIX™ 123-S by Elé Corporation acts as a solvent fixative and conditioning agent. It is a quaternary functional polydimethylsiloxane. Sorbitol and propylene glycol swells the hair shaft and allows penetration by the Quaternium-80, which retards the loss of color. It improves the substantivity of the material with a cationic silicone polymer. It allows uniform deposition of colors on the surface of each strand of hair, even damaged hair. PEL-FIX™ 123-S finds application in formulating semi-permanent dyes and temporary hair colors. Meets TSCA, SARA 313, Canadian DSL, WHMIS, EINECS, AICS, KECI and IECSC.
