Disodium cocoamphodipropionate (30-50%), Methyl Alcohol (3-7%) and Aqua (50-60%). PEL-AMPH™ 2CSF by Elé Corporation acts as an amphoteric surfactant and coupling agent. It is extremely mild and stable over wide pH range. It offers coupling of conditioning agents into shampoos. It is suggested for systems where sodium chloride would be detrimental to the performance of the final product or would cause corrosion problems. PEL-AMPH™ 2CSF finds application in formulating neutralizing shampoos. Meets TSCA, SARA 313, Canadian DSL, EINECS, AICS, IECSC, KECI and Japanese ENCS. It has a shelf-life of 24 months.
