Tetrahydropyranyloxy Phenol (Deoxyarbutin). Acts as a skin lightening agent. It is significantly safer and more effective than arbutin due to strong skin permeability and affinity with tyrosinase. It is effectively used to reduce hyperpigmentation and even skin tone while the depigmenting effect is completely reversible after removal. Used in skin care.
