Pyrrolidinyl Diaminopyrimidine Oxide. Acts as a hair growth promoter. It is a novel pyrimidine oxide derivative for promoting the proliferation of dermal papillae cells that control the hair cycle. Effectively used to retard recent hair loss and stimulates new hair growth, particularly in the crown of scalp for younger men under forty years old. Used in hair care.
