Regalite™ R1090 Hydrocarbon Resin acts as a fixative. It is a low molecular weight fully hydrogenated, water-white, inert, thermoplastic resin. It is derived from petrochemical feedstock. It is soluble at all useful proportions in aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It is insoluble in alcohols and water. It has extremely light color and offers excellent adhesion, very good resistance to thermal and oxidative degradation as well as excellent compatibility. Regalite™ R1090 Hydrocarbon Resin is used in cosmetic care products.
