It has the unique characteristic of changing viscosity abruptly upon the addition of solvent or increasing temperature. Eastman™ SAIB-90EA (Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate-Ethyl Acetate) is a low viscosity solution used in nail polish lacquers and nail care products.
