Exhibits superior wet & dry combability, easy removability, excellent wash out performance with no build-up. Provides extraordinary detangling properties, luster, softness, weightless-, silky-, wet- and dry feel. Offers formulations that are clear and transparent even at a low pH. TILAMAR® Quat 2240 is used in shampoos, conditioners, treatments, detangling products, colorants and styling products.
