Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract. ALPAFLOR® SAMBUCUS AO by DSM is an astringent, anti-redness and venotonic agent. It reduces VEGF biosynthesis and is preserved with sodium benzoate & potassium sorbate. Used in formulating products against the appearance of puffiness and heavy legs. It contains flavonoids (rutin), phenolic acids, tannins and mucilages as active ingredients.
