SoftCAT™ Polymer SL-30

Polyquaternium-67. SoftCAT™ SL 30 by Dow Chemical acts as a substantive conditioning agent. It is non-irritating and exhibits no build-up effects. It enables crystal clear formulations and improves wet and dry comb & feel and silicone deposition in two-in-one formulations. It is compatible with wide range of surfactants and can be used with or without silicones. SoftCAT™ SL 30 is used in daily use shampoos, 2-in-1 shampoos, shampoos for chemically-treated (colored) hair and conditioners.
