EPITEX™ 66

Acrylates copolymer. EPITEX™ 66 by Dow acts as a water proofing and film forming agent. Provides outstanding water resistance, improved feel on skin and ease of processing in a variety of formulation types, including O/W, W/O and W/S formulations. It passes US FDA 80 minute water resistance protocol. Its low level of film tackiness enhances formulation aesthetics. It is suitable for cold processing. EPITEX™ 66 is used in sunscreen ingredients, and suitable for use in creams, lotions and pump sprays.
