Caprylyl Methicone. DOWSIL™ TI-2021 AMS Specialty Fluid is an easy to formulate, caprylyl branched trisiloxane with moderate volatility. It acts as a conditioning agent. It offers excellent spreadability, smooth and less dry feel. It is non-occlusive and offers reduced tackiness & greasy feel of organic oils. It provides reduced white residues in formulations containing high level of volatile materials. DOWSIL™ TI-2021 AMS Specialty Fluid finds application in formulating scalp-, hair- and skin-care products like creams & gels.
