Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Trimethylsiloxysilicate/Dimethiconol Crosspolymer. DOWSIL™ FC-5001 CM RESIN GUM is a film former. It is made of 40% of trimethylsiloxysilicate/dimethicone cross polymer dissolved in cyclopentasiloxane. After evaporation of cyclopentasiloxane, the silicone polymer forms a film on the skin. It provides long-lasting, substantivity, non-occlusive, comfortable and flexible films. DOWSIL™ FC-5001 CM RESIN GUM finds application in color cosmetic and personal care products. Recommended shelf life is 730 days.
