Moreover, it is easy to blend and provides silky & powdery feel on the skin. DOWSIL™ EP-999 Cosmetic Talc Additive finds application in formulating cosmetic products. Complies with DSL, KECI, REACH, TSCA, IECSC, ENCS/ISHL, PICCS, NZIoC, TCSI and AICS.
