Bis-Isobutyl PEG/PPG-20/35/Amodimethicone Copolymer, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Polysorbate 80 and Butylene Glycol. DOWSIL™ CE 8401 emulsion acts as a conditioning agent. It is a non-ionic amino silicone polyether emulsion. It offers excellent wet & dry combing and sensory feel, color protection, curl retention and body & wave to hair. DOWSIL™ CE 8401 emulsion finds application in formulating hair care products like shampoos, rinse-off & leave-on hair conditioners and styling formulas. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
