Amodimethicone, C11-15 Pareth-7, Laureth-9, Glycerin and Trideceth-12. DOWSIL™ CE-8170 AF Microemulsion acts as a non-ionic emulsifier and conditioning agent. It is a very fine particle size emulsion of high molecular weight amino functional silicone polymer. It improves wet & dry combing, enhances hair shine & volume and reduces hair flyaway. It makes formulating easy and is ideal for clear formulations. DOWSIL™ CE-8170 AF Microemulsion finds application in formulating hair care products like rinse-off & leave-in conditioners and shampoos.
