Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-19/19 Dimethicone. DOWSIL™ BY 11-030 by Dow acts as a water-in-oil and water-in-silicone emulsifier, surfactant, thickener and gelling agent. It provides moisturization, texture building & sensory enhancement. It is a 50% dispersion of high molecular weight silicone surfactant in XIAMETER® PMX-0245 cyclopentasiloxane. It offers enhanced spreadability and fragrance retention. It also provides clear, soft to hard silicone gels and water-in-oil & water-in-silicone emulsions. It also offers low odor products and novel delivery form for non-polar and polar ingredients. DOWSIL™ BY 11-030 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, skin care and sun care products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
