DOWSIL™ 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend

Dimethicone and Dimethicone Crosspolymer. DOWSIL™ 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend acts as a thickening agent for anhydrous and w/o emulsion formulations. It is a silicone elastomer blend and contains non-volatile, low viscosity (5cSt) dimethicone. It is non-flammable and not tested on animals. It offers silky, smooth and long-lasting feel in formulations. It can be used in hot or cold processes. DOWSIL™ 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend finds application in formulating color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants and skin care products. Meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
