PEG-12 Dimethicone. DOWSIL™ 193C Fluid by Dow acts as a plasticizer, humectant and wetting agent. It is a low molecular weight, smooth & non-oily polyether modified siloxane. It improves foam volume & stability and offers detackification. It finds application in formulating antiperspirant/deodorant gels, skin care (creams, lotions, gels & cosmetic cleansers) and hair care (shampoos & conditioners) products. DOWSIL™ 193C Fluid meets NZIoC, REACH, TSCA, PICCS, KECI, ENCS/ISHL, IECSC, AICS, DSL and TCSI.
