Dimethiconol (and) TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate. DOWSIL™ CE 2085 EMULSION by Dow acts as a conditioning agent. It is a 60% anionic emulsion of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane. It provides dry & wet combing, slipperiness and soft feel to the hair. DOWSIL™ CE 2085 EMULSION finds application in formulating shower gels and hair-care rinse off- & leave-in products.
