DOWSIL™ CE 2060 Emulsion

Dimethicone (and) Cocamidopropyl Betaine (and) C12-15 Pareth-3 (and) Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. DOWSIL™ CE 2060 Emulsion by Dow acts as a conditioning and anti-frizz agent. It is a 65% non-ionic emulsion of high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane fluid, emulsified in water with large particle size. It provides good wet & dry combing performance and superior frizz control. Moreover, it enhances hair shine, slipperiness and pliability. It is useful for different hair-types including curly, kinky and straight hair. DOWSIL™ CE 2060 Emulsion finds application in formulating 2-in-1 shampoos and rinse-off & leave-in conditioners.
